Damage 9 1 1 is administrated by veteran Insurance Catastrophe Claim Executives, with years of coast-to-coast experience in Property, Casualty and Catastrophe Claims along with our distinguished Advisory Board of Directors comprised of accomplished business professionals from the Financial, Construction, Emergency Medical Systems, Marketing and Insurance Industries.
Damage 9 1 1 is a privately held company. Damage 9 1 1 is neither partially or solely owned or influenced in part or in whole by any insurance company or industry association.
SERVICE CRITERIA
Damage 9 1 1 refers pre-screened service company specialists who meet our criteria of “Adjuster Approved”© professionals. Participating service specialists must continually meet our terms and conditions of timely, quality service. Damage 9 1 1 refers optimum mitigation services to reduce customer’s out-of-pocket expenses to a minimum. Physical & Financial Damage mitigation is the keystone of our mission!
Damage 9 1 1 chooses the companies who will participate – they do not choose us! There exist no annual “Membership” or directory of service vendors. All participating service vendors must adhere to our strict standard of business and professional ethics. Damage 9 1 1 continuously monitors service vendor performance quality via our customer satisfaction surveys so as to provide consumers the highest level of quality service.
Standard of Ethics (Vendor Terms & Conditions - excerpt)
3.05. Contractor agrees to the Company’s Standard of Ethics and use of fair business practices in its relationship with the Company and the Leads. If a Contractor if found to be in breach of the Company’s Standard of Ethics, Company may terminate the Agreement by sending written notice of the Agreement’s termination to the Contractor’s address of record through the United State’s Postal Service first class mail and such termination will become effective five (5) days after the notice is placed in the mail.
